This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. The organizer is solely responsible for this giveaway.
Participants release Instagram from all claims in connection with this competition.

2. Participation period

The competition starts on March 5, 2026 and ends on March 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CET) .
Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

3. Participation requirements

Participation is via Instagram through:

• Follow the accounts @saintsass and @ohapril

• Like the giveaway post

• Comment on the post according to the participation guidelines

• Subscribe to the newsletters of saint sass and OH APRIL (each via the newsletter registration on the websites of the organizers or cooperation partners)

The Instagram profile must be public so that participation can be verified.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, especially via multiple accounts, may lead to disqualification from the competition.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude accounts that were obviously created solely for participation in prize draws or that violate these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

The following are eligible to participate: natural persons:

• Ages 18 and up

• residing in the European Union

• with a valid passport for entry into the USA (which is valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel)

Employees of saint sass GmbH, Oh April GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

5. Win

A travel prize for two (2) people to New York City, USA will be raffled off.

The prize consists of a travel voucher or the reimbursement of flight and accommodation costs by a third-party provider commissioned by the organizer.

The prize includes:

• Two round-trip flights in economy class from a major German airport chosen by the organizer

• three (3) nights in a mid-range or boutique hotel in a double room

• an outfit for the winner and an outfit for her companion

The maximum total value of the prize is 3,500 EUR gross .
Costs exceeding this amount will not be covered.

The profit does not include, in particular:

• Transfers to the departure airport

• Travel insurance

• ESTA fees or visa costs

• Catering

• personal expenses

• other services not explicitly mentioned

The organizer is not a tour operator within the meaning of §651a BGB.

The selection of airline, hotel, and travel dates is made exclusively by the organizer or the commissioned third-party provider. The winner's preferences may be considered; however, there is no entitlement to this.

Prize redemption is subject to availability. Certain travel periods (e.g., public holidays, trade fairs, or school holidays) may be excluded.

Cash payment, modification, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.

Any tax treatment of the winnings is the responsibility of the winner.

6. Use of the profit

The trip must be taken within 6 months of being notified of the win.

If the trip is not taken within this period, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

If the trip cannot be undertaken for reasons attributable to the winner, the prize will also be forfeited without replacement.

There is no entitlement to compensation.

7. Profit determination and notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the end of the competition.

If the winner does not respond within 3 working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

8. Entry and travel requirements

The winner is responsible for:

• valid travel documents

• ESTA registration or required visas

• Compliance with all entry requirements

The organizer accepts no responsibility for this.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for services provided by third parties, in particular airlines, hotels or other service providers.

Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for flight cancellations or delays, nor for events of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political events or other unforeseeable circumstances).

The liability of the organizer is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence.

10. Data protection

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw, in particular the Instagram username and, in the event of winning, name, address and contact details for processing the prize.
