GIFT VOUCHERS

Your gift voucher has no expiry date and no minimum order value. So you can enjoy your voucher until the credit is used up. Your gift voucher is valid for the entire saint sass shop.

A cash payment of the voucher amount is not possible.

If you return items to us that you purchased with a voucher code, we will issue you a new voucher for the value of your return and send it to you by email. You can redeem this for your next order.

Redeeming the gift voucher

Simply enter the voucher code in the "Gift card or discount code" field. You will find this field in the entire check-out process (payment or payment process) when you go to the checkout in our online shop with your shopping cart. The gift voucher code will be applied to your total amount immediately.

Forgot to enter the gift voucher

As long as we haven't packed your order yet, you can simply cancel it. Simply enter the gift voucher code in the new order. If you have used up the voucher amount in previous orders, the gift voucher can no longer be used. Let yourself be gifted with a new one!
