Return:

We have a 30 day return policy .

If your products are in their original packaging and all tags and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to customerlove@saintsass.com and we will send you a return label within 1-2 working days. Please note that tights are a hygiene item and we can only take them back if they are unopened.

If you live outside of Germany, we do not cover the shipping costs, please also note that we do not cover any possible customs duties.

As we check each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.

Warranty:

Are you not satisfied with your recently purchased product or did it accidentally break? We are happy to take back open/used products within 30 days of receipt . Please note that no further warranty can be claimed for this product. Only products purchased from our online store are eligible for the warranty.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. If you are returning a larger order, you should consider insurance. As soon as we have received your package, a new product will be sent to you free of charge. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs. If you live outside the EU, please note that you also pay for customs duties.
