We were all the happier when we found our production facilities in Italy on Lake Garda, where the focus is on quality and employees. And you'll notice that immediately when you wear our tights for the first time. All statement tights and sample tights are produced there. We produce our socks in a family business in Portugal.

The largest part of the price is the tights themselves, which we have produced in Italy. Tights from Asia would of course be cheaper, but our quality is unbeatable and definitely worth the investment. What's the point of wearing tights that are cheap but immediately pull a stitch the first time you wear them. The second largest part involves making the statement. This is lovingly handcrafted in Saarland. Further costs include shipping and logistics costs, as well as the costs for our team in Berlin.

You can track the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number at DHL. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at customerlove@saintsass.com so we can assist you.

If your products are in their original packaging and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to customerlove@saintsass.com and we will then send you a return label within 1-2 working days. We charge a processing fee of €2.99 for your return, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We are confident in the quality of our tights, but if your tights develop runs within the first 30 days of receipt, you can take advantage of our 30 day guarantee and we will replace them for you.

If your product has a small defect, please contact our customer service at customerlove@saintsass.com within 24 hours. Please don't forget to send a picture of the item and the defect - this will help us resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

We apologize if you received a product that is not the one you ordered. Please contact us at customerlove@saintsass.com and we will make sure you receive the saint sass piece you ordered!

Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, it will take up to 7 days for our quality control team to inspect your item. After that, the refund will be made within 2-3 weeks after receipt of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
