Quite simply for two reasons: unbeatable quality and the best working conditions. It was clear to us from the start that we wanted to produce in Europe. We were all the happier when we found our production in southern Germany. All statement tights are produced there. Our sample and fishnet tights are produced in a super production facility in Italy on Lake Garda, which also focuses on quality and the employees. And you will notice that immediately when you wear our tights for the first time.

The largest part of the price is made up of the tights themselves, which we have produced in Germany. Tights from Asia would of course be cheaper, but our quality is unbeatable and definitely worth the investment. After all, what's the use of tights that are cheap but run down the first time you wear them? The second largest part is the attachment of the statement. This is lovingly handcrafted in Saarland. Other costs include shipping and logistics costs, as well as the costs for our team in Berlin.

If your products are in their original packaging and all tags and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to customerlove@saintsass.com and we will send you a return label within 1-2 working days. Here you can find all further information . Please note that tights are a hygiene item and we can only take them back if they are unopened. We're confident in the quality of our tights, but if your tights run in the first 30 days of receipt, you can take advantage of our 30-day guarantee and we'll replace them.

If your product has a small defect, please contact our customer service at customerlove@saintsass.com within 24 hours. Please don't forget to send a picture of the item and the defect - this will help us resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
