All packages can be tracked and are insured - so you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.
If your products are in their original packaging and all tags and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to email@example.com and we will send you a return label within 1-2 working days. Please note that tights are a hygiene item and we can only take them back if they are unopened.
If you live outside of Germany , we do not cover the shipping costs, please also note that we do not cover any possible customs duties. As we check each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.
If you order over the weekend, we will process your order the following Monday morning. Orders placed during a public holiday in Germany will be processed on the following working day.
Depending on where you are located, shipping times may vary. We do our best to get your order out of our warehouse as quickly as possible.
Edit or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel your order or shipping address, please contact our Customer Happiness Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can make the change.
If the order has already been dispatched, please request a return label for your return here.
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are your responsibility and non-refundable.
As our customer, you are responsible for tracking your shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and ask you to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a few days, the package will be returned to us.
If you refuse the package upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In both cases, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
When your order arrives, we ask that you carefully inspect the package before signing for it as proof of delivery.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or the tape is not intact, we ask that you sign for the goods without verification or refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or the package shows signs of tampering, we ask that you notify the local DHL office immediately and contact us at the following email address: customerlove@saintsass. com .
If, despite our very high quality controls and standards, there is a small defect in your product, please contact our Customer Happiness Service department at email@example.com within 24 hours.
Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.
