Returns:
We have a 30 day return policy .
Tights:
If your tights are in their original packaging (unopened) and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt.Please note that tights are a hygiene product and we can only accept returns if they are unopened.
All other products:
If your products are in their original condition and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt.

Pre-paid return label
You can create your label via this link. We charge a fee of €4 for the return label you have already paid for, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can also send your return back at your own risk. Please read the next section carefully.Send return at your own risk
You can also send your return yourself. Please note, however, that you will then be responsible for the shipping costs and any customs fees and taxes that may apply. To start your returns process click here . A pre-paid returns label will then be emailed to you.
If your order number doesn't work try it with a # in front.Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive your refund via the payment method you originally used.
Please note that this can take up to 3-7 working days after your return arrives. In addition, due to different processing times at the banks, it can take another 3-5 working days for the refund to arrive in your account.Pre-paid return label
