We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. Tights can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and all tags, seals, or stickers are intact. As they are considered a hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns of opened tights.
For all other products, the return period is also 30 days from the receipt of the goods, provided they are in their original condition and all tags, seals, or stickers are undamaged.

For returns within Germany, you can create your return label through this link. The fee for the return label provided by us is €4, and it will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to handle the return on your own, more information is available in the next section.
For self-managed returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or taxes. Again, we recommend insuring the package and notifying our Customer Love Team via email once you have the tracking number.

To start a return, you can click here. You will then receive a prepaid return label by email. If your order number doesn't work, try adding a "#" in front of it. Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount using the original payment method.
The return processing can take up to seven days, as our quality control team will first inspect the item. After a successful inspection, the refund will be processed within two to three weeks, provided all return conditions are met.
A fee applies for the prepaid return label, which will be deducted directly from your refund. You can check the fee for your country here.
Alternatively, you can return the item on your own. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as any customs fees and taxes. We recommend insuring the package and contacting our Customer Love Team at customerlove@saintsass.com once you have the tracking number.

All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately at the discretion of saint sass. We ensure that items are unworn and unwashed to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
If abuse of the return policy is suspected, such as excessive or unreasonable returns, we reserve the right to refuse future returns or transactions. If a refund occurs after the 30-day period or without proof of purchase, the refund may be issued at saint sass’s discretion in the form of a gift card or according to applicable legal regulations.
