RETURN POLICY
Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from saint sass. Below you will find all information regarding returns, refunds, and our 30-day Anti-Run Guarantee.
Return Period
You have the right to return items to us within 30 days of receipt. Returned goods must arrive at our warehouse within this period.
Returnable Items
A return is possible if the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn and unused

All tags are attached

The item is in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, tights can only be returned if they are unopened.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please create a return label via our returns portal using your order number.
The cost of the return label is initially covered by us but will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend including a note with your full name and order number inside the return package to ensure correct allocation.

Returns from the USA
We do not provide prepaid return labels for orders from the USA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the item:

Is unworn and in original condition

It has no stains, odors, or signs of use

It has no rips, holes or damaged seams (including makeup, self-tanner, perfume or deodorant)
If these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
Exchange
A direct exchange is not possible. If you wish to order a different size or product, please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order in our online shop.
Processing Time
Once your return has arrived, our quality control may take up to 7 days.Refunds are processed within 2–3 weeks after receipt of the return, provided all conditions are met.
Defective Items
If your item is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send a photo of the defect to customerlove@saintsass.com.
Minor thread pulls or minimal marks are not considered defects if the functionality of the product is not affected.
30-Day Anti-Run Guarantee
If your new tights develop a ladder within 30 days of receipt, please email a photo of the damaged product to customerlove@saintsass.com.
If the claim qualifies as a warranty case, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the tights.Shipping costs are not refunded.
