Return period
You have the right to return your items within 30 days of receipt.
Returns of tights and other products
Unopened tights in their original packaging with intact labels and seals, as well as all other products in their original condition, can be returned within 30 days. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. Please refer to our return policy for details.
Return process
To initiate a return, you can use the Returns portal to create a return label using your order number. Shipping costs We will initially cover the label costs, but will deduct them from your refund. Please return the products in accordance with the return policy listed below. Ideally Please also include a small note with your order number and your full name. This will help us process your return more easily.

Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must then arrive at one of the addresses listed below within 30 days.

Further conditions
For your return to be accepted, your item must meet the following requirements:

Unworn and unused, with all tags and in the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, tights may only be returned unopened .

Damaged items are covered by the 30-day guarantee – please send a picture of the defective product to customerlove@saintsass.com and you will receive a voucher code for the value of your order.
30-DAY ANTI-RUN GUARANTEE
We are confident in the quality of our products and therefore offer you a 30-day guarantee. If your new tights develop a run within 30 days, please send us a picture of the damaged product by email to customerlove@saintsass.com.
We will then get back to you. If your product meets the requirements for a warranty claim, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods (excluding 20 den tights). Please note that a product replaced under this warranty is not eligible for another warranty claim.
Return options
Refund: You are entitled to a refund if your product meets the following requirements:

Unworn and in original condition, with all tags and in the original packaging

No stains, scratches or damage (including makeup or self-tanner)

No rips, holes, or damaged seams.

No odors (e.g. deodorant, perfume, or body odor)
No refund: A refund is not possible if your product has any of the defects mentioned above.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges for customers outside of Germany and Austria. If you would like a different size or product, please return the current product to us and select your desired product from our online shop to order.
Processing time
Once we receive your returned item, it takes up to 7 days for our quality control department to inspect it. After that, the refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving the return, provided all conditions stated in the return procedure are met.
Faulty items
If your product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Send us a picture of the defective item to customerlove@saintsass.com and we will send you a replacement immediately.
Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is a defect or error, contact us immediately. Thread puller or minimal traces are not considered defects as long as the functionality of the product is not affected.
