30-DAY ANTI-RUN GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day guarantee. Did your new tights develop a run within 30 days? If so, please send us a picture of the damaged product via email at customerlove@saintsass.com.
We will get back to you, and if your product meets the guarantee conditions, you will receive a voucher for the value of the item (excluding 20 DEN tights). Please note that a product replaced under this guarantee is not eligible for another guarantee claim.

Returns for Tights and Other Products

Unopened tights in their original packaging with intact labels and security seals, as well as all other products in their original condition, can be returned within 30 days. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Process
To start a return, you can generate a return label via our returns portal using your order number. We will initially cover the shipping cost, but it will be deducted from your refund. Please send the products according to the return conditions listed below. Ideally, include a small note with your order number and full name to help us process your return faster. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact our customer service at customerlove@saintsass.com.

Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. The return shipment must arrive at one of the addresses below within these 30 days.

Requirements for a Return
For your return to be accepted, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused, with all tags and in the original packaging
  • Tights can only be returned unopened for hygiene reasons
  • Damaged items fall under the 30-day guarantee – send us a picture of the defect to customerlove@saintsass.com, and you will receive a voucher for the value of the product

Return Options

Refund:
You are eligible for a refund if your product meets these conditions:
✔ Unworn and in original condition, with all tags and packaging
✔ No stains, scratches, or damage (including makeup or self-tanner)
✔ No tears, holes, or damaged seams
✔ No odors (e.g., deodorant, perfume, or body odor)

No Refund:
A refund is not possible if the product shows any of the above defects.

Store Credit (30-Day Guarantee):
If your product is damaged within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a voucher with no expiration date.

Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges outside of Germany and Austria. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order in our online shop.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, it can take up to 7 days for our quality control team to inspect them. Refunds will then be processed within 2-3 weeks after receiving the return, provided all return conditions are met.

Defective Items
If your product is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Send a picture of the defect to customerlove@saintsass.com, and we will send you a replacement immediately.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is a defect or an error, contact us as soon as possible. Minor thread pulls or minimal marks are not considered defects as long as the product's functionality is not affected.

- Lost, stolen, or damaged items during transport
- Incorrect shipping addresses
