All packages could be tracked and are insured - so you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.


If your products are in their original packaging and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. To do so, please send an email to and we will send you a return label within 1-2 business days. Please note that tights are a hygiene item and we can only take them back unopened.
If you live outside of Germany, we do not cover the shipping costs, please also note that we do not cover any possible customs duties. As we review each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.

Shipping days

All orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

If you order on the weekend, we will process your order the following Monday morning. Orders placed during a public holiday in Germany will be processed the following business day.

Depending on where you are located, shipping times may vary. We do our best to make sure your order leaves our warehouse as soon as possible.

Edit or cancel your order

If you would like to change or cancel your order or shipping address, please contact our Customer Happiness Service at as soon as possible so we can make the change.

If your order has already shipped, please request a return shipping label for your return here.


Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Undeliverable packages

You as our customer are responsible for tracking your shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the shipping carrier will hold it for a few days and ask you to schedule a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a few days, the package will be returned to us.

If you refuse the package when it is delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. In both cases the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Package check

When your order arrives, we ask that you carefully inspect the package before signing for it as proof of delivery.

If for any reason the package appears to be tampered with or the tape is not intact, we ask that you sign for the goods uninspected or refuse delivery.

In case the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or the package shows signs of tampering, we ask you to immediately notify the local DHL office and contact us at the following email address:


If, despite our very high quality control and standards, a minor defect occurs in your product, please contact our Customer Happiness Service Department at within 24 hours.

Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
